Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, uninsured and self-pay clients have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of expected charges for services. This estimate will be provided upon request. While actual costs may vary depending on your child’s individual needs, the GFE will give you a reasonable idea of what to expect. If your bill ends up being $400 or more above the estimate, you have the right to request a review through the process described at www.cms.gov/nosurprises. To request your GFE, please contact us. This estimate is not a contract and does not require you to receive services.
