Supporting Families. Empowering Change.

Rob Tyrrell, M.S., BCBA, LBS

As a clinical and international behavior analyst, Rob brings extensive experience supporting children and families facing a wide range of behavioral challenges. Grounded in the science of behavior analysis, his work is centered on building strong, curative relationships that go beyond treatment goals to foster durable and lasting change. He approaches each concern through a functional lens, helping families examine the environmental and contextual factors that influence behavior. Understanding why behavior occurs rather than simply focusing on what it looks like allows us to cooperatively design more precise and effective therapeutic treatment approaches.

Simply put, Rob sees the clinician-parent partnership as a collaborative inquiry dedicated to identifying the controlling variables that shape and sustain a child’s challenges. Through this functional understanding, Rob equips caregivers to move beyond barriers and arrive at nuanced and actionable insights that drive change. His practice is marked by a deep respect for family values, child dignity, and the belief that every behavioral concern is best understood in context, not isolation.

A graduate of Arizona State University's Applied Behavior Analysis program, Rob remains committed to ongoing clinical development and has a particular interest in guiding clients through challenges that may have felt difficult to overcome with earlier interventions. In addition to his work with families, Rob is passionate about mentoring and training the next generation of behavior analysts.
